Efficient multi-level cultivation

With the G-Tools Grow Rack for Ebb & Flow Trays, you make optimal use of the available space. Thanks to the two-level cultivation setup, you create more growing surface without taking up extra floor space. This makes the rack ideal for vertical farming, multi-layer cultivation and other professional indoor growing applications.

Suitable for ebb and flow cultivation

The rack comes complete with 2 ebb & flow trays of 110 × 63 cm. In combination with a water tank, pump and timer, an automatic ebb and flow system can be easily set up.

During the flood phase, the nutrient solution is pumped to the overlying cultivation layers. As soon as the pump stops, the water flows back to the reservoir, after which it can be reused.

Space for a large water tank

Under the bottom level, there is sufficient space available for a 62 liter water tank. This keeps the installation clear and all components are compactly placed under the rack.

Complete irrigation kits are available for automatically irrigating up to a three-level rack.

Modularly expandable

The rack is standard equipped with two cultivation levels, but can be easily expanded with an extra level when additional growing capacity is desired.

In addition, the rack can be equipped with wheels, upon request, so that it can be easily moved.

Sturdy aluminum construction

The frame is made of 25 × 25 × 1.5 mm aluminum tube profiles with corner pieces reinforced with a steel core. This creates a stable construction with a load capacity of 70 kg per m².

Recommended grow lighting

For optimal light distribution, we recommend two 420 LED Bars of 45 watts per level. Depending on the crop and application, you can choose the standard full-spectrum 45W LED Bar or the 45W LED Bar Grow.
