Compact cultivation on multiple levels
With the G-Tools Grow Rack for Ebb & Flow Trays 52 × 52 cm you create extra growing surface without using more floor space. Thanks to the two cultivation levels, the rack is ideal for multi-layer cultivation, vertical farming and other compact indoor growing setups.
Suitable for ebb and flow cultivation
The rack comes with 2 ebb & flow trays of 52 × 52 cm. In combination with a water tank, pump and timer, you can easily build an automatic ebb and flow system.
During the flood phase, the nutrient solution is pumped to the cultivation layers. As soon as the pump switches off, the water flows back to the reservoir, so that it can be reused. This ensures efficient use of both water and nutrients.
Space for a 36 liter water tank
Under the bottom tier there is enough space for a 36 liter water tank. This keeps the installation clear and all components neatly placed under the rack.
Complete irrigation kits are available for automatically irrigating a maximum of one rack with three tiers.
Modularly expandable
The grow rack is standard equipped with two cultivation levels and can easily be expanded with an extra tier when more growing capacity is desired.
In addition, the rack can be fitted with wheels on request, so that it can be easily moved.
Robust aluminum construction
The frame is constructed from 25 × 25 × 1.5 mm aluminum tube profiles with corner pieces reinforced with a steel core. This creates a stable construction with a load capacity of 70 kg per m².
Recommended grow lighting
For optimal light distribution, we recommend one 420 LED Bar of 30 watts per tier. Depending on the crop and application, you can choose the standard full-spectrum 30W LED Bar or the 30W LED Bar Grow.
