Please note: This adapter only replaces the fitting. For using a 315W CMH lamp, a suitable CMH ballast is required. A standard HPS ballast will not work with CMH lamps.

With this adapter, you can make an existing HPS reflector with an E40 fitting suitable for a 315W CMH lamp with a PGZ18 fitting. This allows you to continue using your current reflector and benefit from the advantages of CMH lighting without purchasing a completely new fixture.
